Bases y Condiciones Concurso Fotográfico Escolar "Celebrando el Agua"

Temas de las Fotografías: La imagen a presentar deberá tener la presencia del recurso AGUA como elemento principal de la misma y deberá tener relación con la pregunta principal del concurso “¿Qué representa el agua para vos?”, uno de los lemas oficiales del 2021 para este día junto con “Valorando el Agua”. La fotografía participante tendrá que estar acompañada con un título alusivo, un epígrafe y un breve texto de no más de 200 palabras que relacione lo fotografiado con la pregunta del lema oficial.

Participantes: Estudiantes de Escuelas Secundarias de la Provincia del Chubut. Para participar deberán hacerlo a través de un seudónimo que acompañe a la fotografía enviada.

Inscripción: Se deberá llenar un formulario web con los datos personales, de la Escuela que representa, la fotografía participante y los textos solicitados , que será enviado a cada institución a través de sus correos electrónicos oficiales. Los formularios serán recepcionados automáticamente por el IPA. Ante la necesidad de soporte técnico para realizar la inscripción o consultas afines al Concurso queda a disposición de las Escuelas el mail: ipaeducacionchubut@gmail.com

Presentación de las fotografías: Las imágenes pueden ser sacadas con cámara digital o teléfono celular, sin la utilización de filtros, a color con formato JPG y en resolución HD (o similar).

Autenticidad de las fotografías: Para corroborar que las fotos son de la autoría del participante, se deberán adjuntar datos de las “Propiedades” de la misma: Marca y modelo del dispositivo, Día, hora y localización de donde fue tomada la imagen. Además, el jurado utilizará técnicas de búsqueda inversa online para hacer una segunda corroboración de la autenticidad de las imágenes recibidas.

Selección de Imágenes ganadoras: Las fotografías serán evaluadas por dos miembros del Instituto Provincial del Agua y por un representante del Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia siendo los criterios: la pertinencia de las fotografías con el tema, la estética de la imagen, la adecuación entre lo escrito y lo plasmado en la foto. Las que resulten con un dictamen mayoritario dentro del jurado, accederán a los premios del concurso en las categorías: Fotografías Ciclo Básico (1 Foto) y Fotografías Ciclo Orientado (1 Foto). Además se someterán las imágenes a votación popular a través de la publicación en la página oficial de Facebook del Instituto. Las 2 (dos) imágenes con más reacciones positivas ("me gusta", "me encanta") también serán acreedores de un premio.
Quienes resulten ganadores del concurso serán dados a conocer a través de la publicación del nombre de la Escuela a la que representan y el seudónimo elegido.

Premios:

1º Premio. Categoría Ciclo Básico: Para el estudiante, un auricular Gamer. Para la Escuela la provisión de un dispenser de base plástica y 10 bidones de 20 litros de agua cortesía de la empresa Orizon.

Derechos:

Los y las autores/as asumen la responsabilidad de la autoría y la originalidad de la fotografía que envíen.

Quienes resulten seleccionados como ganadores del concurso autorizan al Instituto Provincial del Agua (IPA) a reproducir y exhibir las fotografías en lugares públicos, en la página web y redes sociales de dicho instituto así como en los medios de comunicación locales.

Los participantes se responsabilizan del cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de propiedad intelectual y del derecho a la propia imagen, declarando responsablemente que la difusión o la reproducción de la obra en el marco de la promoción e información del presente concurso no lesionará o perjudicará derecho alguno del concursante ni de terceros, y mantendrá indemne al Instituto Provincial del Agua de cualquier reclamo, litigio o controversia que pueda suscitarse en torno a los mismos.
